Insurance Companies Play Hardball...So do we!
Hello, my name is Aurelia, and I have been a dedicated member of the Hardball team since September 2024. With an extensive background in customer service, I take great pride in delivering exceptional support and fostering meaningful connections with clients and colleagues alike. My passion for working with people has been a driving force throughout my career, allowing me to develop strong interpersonal skills and a deep understanding of customer needs.
As a bilingual professional fluent in both Spanish and English, I strive to create an inclusive and welcoming environment for diverse clientele, ensuring clear communication and a seamless experience. Being able to bridge language barriers has been incredibly rewarding, as it enables me to assist and connect with individuals from various backgrounds.
Beyond my professional life, I am blessed to be a proud mother of five wonderful grown children and a grandmother to eight amazing grandchildren. Family is the cornerstone of my life, and I cherish the love, wisdom, and joy that comes from spending time with my loved ones.
In my spare time, I embrace life’s vibrancy through music and dance, which bring me immense joy and energy. I believe in living life to its fullest, appreciating every moment, and finding happiness in both the simple and extraordinary experiences life has to offer.
I am excited to continue contributing to Hardball and look forward to building strong relationships while making a positive impact.
